Terms & Conditions

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

This promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Purchase necessary. Internet access, a valid email address & mobile phone number required for entry.
Opens for entries at 00:00 on 2nd January 2025 and closes for entries at 23:59 on 30th June 2025. Entries received outside of these times will be void and will not be entered into the promotion.
Maximum of one gift per household throughout the promotional period.
To enter the promotion, you must purchase a promotionally marked bottle of Casillero BeLight from a participating retailer (see clause 7 for list of promotional products) and scan the QR code found on the neck collar or visit belightglassoffer.co.uk. Enter your details, including full name, email address, mobile number, postal address, unique reference number (URN) found on your neck tag, where you purchased the product from and write a review of 12 words or more to let us know what you thought of the product. Upon submission of your entry, you will receive a verification notice on screen if you will be sent a gift. All reviews will be profanity checked and any reviews which contain such profanity or offensive language will be rejected. In the event that the site is experiencing heightened suspicious activity, additional verification measures will be introduced. This may include SMS one-time code and other measures.

The promotional products include the following:

All valid entrants will receive an email notifying them that their claim is valid and that they will receive a Casillero BeLight branded, 12oz PET lightweight wine glass (gift) within 28 days.
Gifts will be posted to the address provided upon entry within 28 days of confirmation of a valid entry via Royal Mail. Please ensure that you have entered your postal address correctly as the Promoter will not be held responsible for any gifts that are undeliverable due to incorrect delivery details. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any gift which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason. We will not dispatch any gifts to virtual UK addresses such as, but not limited to AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod.

General

All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any gift award will be void. Gifts allocated to entrants who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a gift for an equivalent or greater value should the original gift offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a gift or withdraw gift entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Concha Y Toro and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion. The personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). The Promoter’s privacy policy can be found here.
This Promotion is governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
